Amazing customer service from everyone in the store! I couldn’t find a particular size in-store but Ernie was sure to go above and beyond to order it online for me. Even after having a few technical difficulties he did not give up! Great experience here.

I was visiting this store from Georgia. It was the best experience I’ve ever had in a Carhartt store and one of the best experiences I’ve ever had shopping. Lorraine is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She is a Carhartt historian. Ernie is right there on the spot to help but neither of them are pushy. They are welcoming and know a lot about the products! I recommend them immensely.

This store has always been good to us for returns and finding the products we need. Ernie was particularly helpful and patient with me finding jackets I was looking for and giving insight on pants I was looking for as-well, Kaitlyn was helpful at the register with discounts too.

I hate shopping, especially at the mall during the holidays. The team at the Syracuse store are friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Trevor and Ernie went back and forth getting gear, explaining fabric and cuts, and what would be best in daily and work environments. Tracy at the checkout counter was helpful finding discounts and setting our company up for personal future discounts.

Love the clothes sold here. T-shirts are my favorite. Good, quality feel and comfort. I also love the men's socks (they sell extra large to fit my size 14 feet), underwear and jeans. Jeans are a bit pricey, but feel great wearing them. The sales folks were very helpful and kind. Good people working here...makes it a pleasure to stop in and shop. Thanks

We recently went to Carhartt for some business purchases. Kaitlyn was patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. It was seriously the best customer service I think I have ever had! The 3 hour drive to get there was worth the trip! Kaitlyn represents Carhartt very well! I am encouraged to shop there more often.
